「I stayed at the hotel between the 11-13 of July. Very hot weekend. Price of the hotel included PARKING and air conditioning. When I arrived I found out there is only a fan with water in the room. I was told exactly where to park by the receptionist which never bothered to let me know I need to register the parking as if I should miraculously know. 「Room was nice and overlooked Lord Street. Reception staff very accommodating, had several nice breakfasts and dinner. Bar drinks were good. No complaints. The bath/shower was a step up design and was super deep. Not sure it would work if you had disabilities.」
