「I booked Hotel El Convento for an after cruise stay for my husband, myself, my two adult kids and their spouses and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff couldn’t wait to help us with all of our travel needs and our stay here was the highlight of a two week 50th anniversary celebration! There may be closer hotels to the pier, but this was an experience in itself. 」

「It is in the heart of Old San Juan. Hard to find a place so convenient to walk in the city. Only thing bothering me is it is so hard to parking in holiday season. I didn't find anywhere as parking lots nearby are closed 」

「a lot of attention to detail. They'd tidy up our room right after we left the room in the morning and then would tidy it up again when we went out for dinner, so that our beds were ready and all garbage was taken out at night too. we asked for extra towels and we received them within 4 mins. 」

「Loved my stay here! The staff was extremely nice and even let me check in a little earlier than advertised. The streets can be a bit noisy, but I’m from the Bronx so it didn’t faze me — it actually felt like home. The location is amazing, right in the middle of everything with plenty of food options, shopping, and historical sites all within walking distance.
