“Great stopover near M1 really decent food and drink good breakfast overall good experience only downside could hear upstairs flat when he came in and got up for early morning jog maybe blackout blinds for window and door glass other than that all good would definitely use again staff all very friendly and pleasant”

“Had a 2 night stay at the hotel in an Executive suite. The reception staff were very warm and welcoming & helpful. It was a business stay on a Friday and Saturday. Parking was good directly outside. Spacious room, very clean and tidy- the bed was absolutely huge and so comfortable it was very luxurious to sleep in after a hard days work. There was a beautiful wedding on at the hotel and looked so beautiful and glamorous, it was lovely to see. Very much enjoyed the stay & would definitely stay……

“The room needs a big overhaul the carpet on my husband's side of the bed smelled of urine bathroom was not good at all.”

“I live in the US and this is my second stay at the Three Swans. I like the fact it was an old coaching Inn … on booking I was not advised or asked if a room up a lot of steep stairs at the very top of the building would work for me…. I am 75 and it was hard work! The staff are generally helpful especially the housekeeping staff. Breakfast was excellent. The courtyard that runs alongside the building full of comfortable tables/chairs and many boxes of flowers is a delight. I love Market……

“On the plus side, the bed was comfortable, the room was a really nice temperature despite having recently had a hot spell and the shower was consistent and powerful. The main hotel was attractively decorated but staff were mostly quite cold and actively irritated when I asked for fresh tea and coffee in our room, which was not provided overnight. This might being physically quite modern looking, there was always litter lying around in the corridors when we went to And from our room and tables……

“Lovely room, very clean and spacious. Air con was much appreciated in a heatwave! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food menu is limited but good. Drinks are overpriced . Parking in car park next to hotel has to be paid for .”
