「Beautiful spot and great location! Hosts answered any questions quickly! The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials needed to eat 'at home.' The space was laid out very efficiently and comfortably. Kids loved the Murphy bed as well. Cant say enough good thingals except, thank you for the wonderful stay.」

「Stayed for 3 nights in July. There were 5 of us. All our needs were met. Easy walk to the beach for us. Very quiet little neighborhood. Overall, probably the best spot we have stayed at while at Hampton Beach ! 」

「We really enjoyed our trip to Ogunquit and really loved the location of the rental property. It was so convenient to Perkins Cove and we loved being able to walk to Marginal Way where we were able to catch the sunrise this morning! We enjoyed eating at That Place, Cove Cafe, and Barnacle Billy's which are all within walking distance. Rick and Boriana are great hosts and run a fantastic restaurant! We will be returning!」

「All and all not a bad little place. Great location close to everything. Parking is close at the central parking lot at Hampton Beach which cost me about 90 bucks for 2 days and 2 nights so you can add parking to the overall cost but not a bad price considering they charge 50 bucks to just park for a day. One thing though, the air conditioner wouldn't stay on. It worked for a little while and then the thermostat on it went up to 86 degrees and stayed there so it wouldn't turn on but everything...

「The property was fine but I was told I couldn’t check in till 3 when I got there still didn’t have my code The owner said my room was ready at 12:30. I should have got an email from VRBO. I never received anything disappointing would have had more time at the beach.」

「The place seem to still under construction or renovation. No parking at all. Ac only in bed room so living room and kitchen is hot. The window has not blinds or shade, people can see you showering from the deck. The good thing is that it close to the beach. 」

「Amazing location for beach and boardwalk access. Lots of room for 8 people (4 adults and 4 kids). Could use a few more plates and a roll of paper towels. Beds are a little hard but things were nice and clean. We will definitely be returning. 」

「This property was perfect for my wife and I and was absolutely as advertised by the host, Gloria. It is very clean and has everything you need to be comfortable while you enjoy Perkins Cove, the Marginal Way path and Ogunquit. Gloria could not have been more helpful to us and she was instrumental in making our first visit to the Ogunquit area a memorable one.
