「Really lovely hotel in the heart of Stroud. Staff were so welcoming, friendly and helpful. We had a deluxe room which was spacious and very clean. Food was delicious and there was a great choice at breakfast.」

「Have stayed here several times over a number of years - staff are lovely, food tasty and rooms comfy… stayed in the main house for the first time and although the room was lovely, it was directly above the bar so there was some noise - maybe worth considering if wanting an early night! Otherwise a perfect stay x」

Sadly I felt many things were tired the towels (only one shower towel provided we had to use hand towels), the two frying pans were crumbling away and I feel not fit for purpose. A general feeling of a spring clean is due, especially in draws, also the rugs in the living rooms are hazardous as the non slip backing is worn out. The character of the chapel is fabulous. 」

「Location was different to what's on the map (it's right next door to the New County Hotel). The apartment was lovely though, looks like it's been recently refurbished and was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was very well equipped with dishwasher and washing machine. £250 damage deposit seemed quite excessive. Not sure if they get a lot of trouble as housekeeping also came in during stay but didn't do any cleaning, make beds, or fold towels etc (I only knew they'd been because they folded...

「Excellent self-contained unit 4min walk from Cheltenham Spa Rail Station. Self check-in is easy as Rooms Booked staff will send essential info such as the Entrance door & Unit door codes by 2pm via email or massage to facilitate the check-in process. Room furniture, while considered old, are in functional condition. Shared bathrooms, however, are modern and clean.
