“Little trouble getting in but host was responsive despite the late hour. I would have appreciated a more accurate description of the parking situation. Not only is there no parking on site, there is no parking anywhere close. The place is nice and roomy.”

No, we were expecting it and being close to a stop was an added plus for touring the city. The studio was clean, the host communicated quickly and clearly when the VRBO website didn't so that we had no delay in checking in, the toiletry amenities were unexpected and thoughtful, and the prepared notebook of options for restaurants and places to visit was appreciated. May I suggest some bedside lamps for reading so the overhead lights don't have to be on all of the time. Close to lots of restaurants and SEPTA station. Loved sitting out on the balcony!”

“Our stay was just satisfactory.Parking was easy to find. It is 10 minutes from downtown Philadelphia and it was very easy to get to the graduation at Penn. Uber to the site was 17.. It is one flight of stairs up. There is a large bathroom with a nice hot shower and excellent air-conditioning. However, the mattress was very soft and both of us rolled to the middle.
