“Our stay at the Summerland Guest Studio was perfect. We were there to drop off our daughter at UCSB, and used it as a relaxing home base in between moving her in and shopping for supplies. We walked to breakfast and then down to the gorgeous beach one morning. The neighborhood is quiet and the beds are clean and comfortable! All in all, a great stay!”

“The double dolphin was a great stay. There is a cute selection of stores in the town with coffee, produce, and a few restaurants. Access to SB and Montecito is easy. The place was a great size, clean, and everything you needed. ”

“Our family came together for my daughter's wedding in Carpenteria. I was looking for a place with space - and this turned out to be a great option. My 88 year old father loves a good sundeck - and this was perfect. He sat outside and enjoyed the ocean view every day. The 3 bedrooms were great - even has 2 king beds! The house is older, so the floors are a little uneven, and it shows some wear, but this does not detract from the stay. The kitchen is modern and the dining table was large enough……
