“Hotel is dated and needs an update - tried to do some sort of bamboo/caribbean theme and it’s looking a little bit frayed around the edges. I enjoyed sitting outside and it has a nice pool and hot tub that look out over the lake so it’s a great place to enjoy florida evenings. Windows in the room were filthy and I had to ask them to clean them just so I could look out. Terrible gym with old equipment, Linens and furniture adequate but nothing special. Staff was kind but uninspiring. ……

“Room did not have any garbage can in the kitchen and no bags in the small can in the bathroom. We had to get one from the front desk. Was told that is a Marriot decision. Cant imagine what gets thrown in bathroom can with no bag! Yuck! There was no water in the large containers in the lobby the first night , On check out there was water with no ice in it. We had to go to the second floor to retrieve ice. There was no bacon at breakfast. Dispenser in shower was hard to use and the conditioner was……

“We had mold in our room to the point where we couldn’t even stay in it we had to stay somewhere else and they did nothing to accommodate us in the offer to give us our money back or anything else”

“The hotel was almost empty. I asked for the quietest area of the hotel. Had a business meeting next morning, They put me in area where the people either animals stay. The dogs were barking and fighting in the hallway at 1, 2 and 3 o’clock in the morning. Worst night of my life! Don’t stay in this hotel!”

“This is a two bedroom apartment style rental. It’s located in a great area close to all amenities and activities. The villages has to offer. We really enjoyed our stay and loved the privacy, easy access, and space that this rental offered. My mom and I and my son were in town to attend my nephews high school graduation. I highly recommend this property and would definitely visit again!”
