This experience was horrible, as well as the communication with the Host. The day of the trip was when the host actually initiated communication, then upon my arrival, she became unresponsive. I had requested early access, which she agreed to, granting us access at 12pm instead of the original 4pm check-in time, as my sisters and I were traveling with a group of sixteen. Consequently, I had to contact Vrbo, which took some time, resulting in our check-in being delayed until approximately 5:45 or 6pm. Furthermore, parking specifications were not provided, and I took photographs to ensure I was not misinformed. Considering the large group size, it was not clearly communicated, and we had to find alternative parking arrangements. Additionally, upon departure, we were required to complete various tasks, including starting the linen wash, stripping the beds. Notably, we had to purchase additional toilet tissue as there was no backup supply, despite the presence of a cleaning crew for which we were charged. Throughout our stay, the host did not check in to inquire about our experience or offer any apologies. I do not advise anyone to stay here !!
