“I recently booked several rooms over the past weekend as my family traveled to Jamaica for a funeral. We had a few mishaps on our part, but the staff was incredibly understanding and accommodating throughout. “his is an amazing small boutique hotel in the heart of new kingston with superior guest service at every encounter. Rooms are well appointed with comfortable beds and very clean. My little one & I enjoy the beautiful pool area with the large lounger day beds. The decor with reggae inspired artwork throughout the hotel is something to talk about. “Mostly an excellent experience and the hostess and staff were really friendly and helpful. Two downsides are that they did not tell beforehand that dinners and breakfasts cost additionally. Dinner ($18-$24) and breakfast ($8-$10). Also there were some bugs in the room as there was a gap between the door and the door frame. Overall a great accommodation though and ideal for hikers interested in doing the blue mountain peak trail.”
