“We came here for honeymoon and the place was really cute, private, tucking in a rain forest. Staffs were knowledgeable and helpful. Breakfast in another property which you need a car to or they would pick you up. Menu was fantastic, lots of options, with great view of the volcano, thus honestly the best breakfast we had in the entire trip. We were so sad leaving this magical place. Only thing to suggest was that wifi was kinda weak in our room, but other than that, super happy with our stay.”

“The room was large and very comfortable for our group of four (two adults and two teenagers). We especially enjoyed the private thermal pool, which was an awesome addition. However, we did notice that some of the fixtures in the room are a bit dated, particularly the toilet. Updating these elements would significantly improve the overall experience. Thermal pools were nice and spacious”

“We had a wonderful 4 night stay at the Paradise Hot Springs hotel. Great location for all of the activities we did (hanging bridges, whitewater rafting and zip lining). A short (and cheap) uber to town if you want to go out to dinner ‘off campus.’ The staff was amazing, especially Andre, and very accommodating (I.e., arranged for boxes breakfasts for early morning adventure). Main restaurant is pretty good and also always have a buffet option (around $24). Hot spring pools were great after daily……

My wife and I travel frequently and stay at high-end properties around the world, and this was quite simply the best resort we have ever experienced. Every aspect of the property is thoughtfully executed. All five restaurants were outstanding, offering consistently excellent food and service. Our villa was beautiful, impeccably comfortable, and private; the warm plunge pool was an absolute highlight (warm from the hot springs!). The grounds are……
