「Front desk was very helpful. Check-in was a breeze, they gave recommendations for dinner, let us use some games for some family game time, and check-out was a piece of cake. The bathroom in our room could have been cleaner, but it wasn't a deal breaker for us. We did not know about a cheer competition going on at the facility before we booked, so the restaurant wasn't serving their normal menu due to that event, again, not a deal breaker, but the service there wasn't the best.」

「The front desk lady was the ONLY thing pleasant about this stay. The other guy up front was very rude and unprofessional. They have a little ice maker in the "lobby" area. 「Nothing like pictures in advertisement. Stains on carpet, walls. No towels, AC plug in, had no protective cover over it. The breakfast advertisement showed free, but not all was free. When we did need something, the staff was nice and responded quickly.」
