「客房乾淨 服務人員親切」

「客房非常的差！！窗户隔音基本上是没有（应该是这40年来住到隔音最差的饭店！！），想象你躺在马路边的感觉，服务人员态度ok，」

「The employees are friendly. Room are clean and big. Resort are relaxed and pools are clean.Nice place to stay in Tagaytay. But the location is a bit far from the lake view point.」

「餐點還行，服務人員很親切。」

「太老舊了，浴室用品非常不全。毛巾的顏色都是灰黑色的,很髒。」

「I enjoyed my stay here greatly. I confidently say that there was nothing lacking with my time here, and it has one of the best views of Taal lake. The room, staff, food, and all amenities was exceptional. I’m so happy with choosing this location for my honeymoon.」

「⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful Stay at Avana Hills Tagaytay! We were a group of 10 and had a wonderful stay! The place is clean, new, spacious, and very comfortable. All 4 bedrooms have their own private bathrooms and air conditioning, which was perfect for our group. The common hallway isn’t air-conditioned, but it was completely fine. 「Room was very clean, this is one of the best hotel I stayed in the Philippines」

Estancia Resort is outdated, poorly maintained, and seriously lacking in cleanliness. Bugs crawling everywhere, dirty bathrooms, and facilities that have clearly seen better days. We booked two adjacent rooms, both facing an ugly parking lot. Nothing remotely relaxing or appealing about the view. But the worst part came during checkout. We were charged for two...

「All good things. Nothing bad.」

「The family studio suite is very spacious except for the bathroom. It would be nicer and more comfortabe if the bathroom has enough or bigger space and also has another split type aircon in the kitchen or living room area.」

「Great view of lake Taal, surrounding area is nice I did a lot of walking around. They have what they call a clean as you go policy, they rely on that far too much. The room was filthy mites running around everywhere. they need to give them security deposit, when I got into the room, I saw the only way to retrieve it is through GCash. I called the host to to let her know I do not use cash and to let her know that I was gonna be leaving the unit early and asked her if she could come by and...
