"Exceptional! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience & hospitality from the Nazuna Staff. From check-in and accommodations, everything was seamless. The private rooms are very spacious with plenty of walking space but the best part was the Onsen. You just can’t go back to public anymore. Breakfast & Dinner was amazing.
