“The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was super friendly and very quick when it came to us needing anything at all. They made fresh hot breakfast in the morning and it was delicious, you can even order customized coffee which we did not take advantage of but nice to know we could. Literally the only thing that we did not like was that there was maintenance work happening past midnight on our second night there and the hammering sounds made it a bit hard to fall/stay……

“Overall, the stay was fine. When we arrived on the property, check-in was very easy and we got settled quickly. However, once in our room, there were no instructions on check out processes, room, expectations, or anything of that nature. The listing also had a lot of amenities listed that there were no instructions for. My husband and I googled The name of the stay and found that on their website the amenities are an extra cost. On the listing, there was no mention of extra cost, which was part……

“We actually did not stay here. We had to get with management to get the check in info, due to lack of communication with the host. We arrived went to the room, checked out the bed since that’s the first thing we do. The bed frame is bent and could possibly be a safety hazard. Saw a few bugs flying the window. Started to look up some things to do then other parties started arriving. The front door to the property was slamming and noisy. You could hear people outside if your rooms and people above……

“We never saw or talked with the host. Our first two nights were like we were at the inn by ourselves. No other cars and no other people. The suite was big and had some nice features: whirlpool tub, king bed, electric fireplace, large tv. It was very dusty (ceilingfan, decor above the bathroom, baseboards, etc.) the carpet had stains and needed to be vacuumed. ”

“No host interaction present. Had to call the VRBO support to get into the room.”

“We never got to stay because no one gave us the access code. Communicating with the property manager was terrible. Check in was at 4pm but they never sent the entry email. It was our 20th anniversary and we had to get a hotel in Order to have a place to stay. The property was beautiful and we would have loved to stay in the unit we paid for. The property manager finally gave us a refund but that didn't help our vacation plans. Manager didn't seem to care that our plans were ruined. Will not be……

“When we arrived, after finally finding the place.The room appeared to be clean. We walked in, discovered there was no television. Gave us pause. Then we used the bathroom, and discovered the trash had not been emptied from the previous guest. And additionally there was a used condom visible in the trash. Which gave us more pause, had the sheets and bedding been changed or cleaned? We did not stay. We opted not to. ”
