Everything was great

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The staff truly made a difference with their kindness, efficiency, and friendly demeanor. Every interaction left me feeling valued and taken care of—it's rare to see such exceptional service. Thank you for creating such a welcoming atmosphere. On the third day, our fridge stopped working, but the team quickly stepped in to provide us with a new one. They even offered to replace the milk that had been frozen in the malfunctioning fridge. clean and nice hospitality

A stylish, modern boutique hotel in the heart of Shinsaibashi — just a 3-minute walk from the subway and steps from endless shopping, restaurants, and Dotonbori (10-min stroll). Rooms are spotlessly clean, comfortably sized for Japan, with excellent beds, powerful showers, and thoughtful touches like high-quality amenitie

Overall satisfactory. There is a shuttle bus at next building going directly to Kansai airport so it is very convenient.

Very nice room, spacious and clean. The facilities are user friendly.

The staff were very friendly, and the check-in process was smooth. The location was also excellent, and the room temperature was pleasantly cool. However, the pillowcase was visibly dirty and was not replaced even after the room was cleaned. In addition, during my five-night stay, slippers were not proactively provided.

Nice and spacious room, friendly staff.

Stayed here two times in two months, excellent location, staff all helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

It is a very convenient location and the hotel rooms are big.
