I won't go back unless they buck there ideas up, check in was 4pm, room not ready after driving for 5 hours, no bar open and it's miles away from Inveraray, 5pm given a room key and found out it hadn't been cleaned. Bar opened 5pm my husband got me a drink and manager or owner (he turned up about 16.50 ) said by the time we had the drink our alternative room would be ready.
