The apartment is spacious and finely designed, with a mesmerizing view of the Mediterranean Sea from every window and especially on its lovely balcony. You'll enjoy the beautiful beach, all the great restaurants and cafés around, and much more. So, book your getaway with us today!

The Space:
- A sitting area with a lounge chair, smart TV, and 2-seat dining\working table.
- A fully equipped kitchen.
- A full bathroom.
- A spacious bedroom with a queen size bed, a smart TV, a wardrobe, and a lounge chair.
- A balcony with an amazing breeze overlooking the Mediterranean Sea.

Guest Access:
- Entire apartment.
- Hotel's outdoor swimming pool (for an additional fee).
- Hotel's spa center that includes a gym, an indoor swimming pool, and dry/wet saunas (for an additional fee).

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is as close as it gets to the beautiful 'The Sharon' beach (adjacent to the Medical Center and DeShalit square)! Great restaurants and cafés are within walking distance away. A 5-10 minute drive will take you to shopping malls, the marina, and Herzliya's train station, and in 20-25 minutes you're in Tel-Aviv's center. This area is one of Israel's most prestigious and sought-after locations, called Herzliya Pituah, where you enjoy peaceful surroundings while staying close to the center of attention.

Getting Around:
Paid street parking and nearby parking lots are available. Bus stations, just a 5-8 minute walk away, provide easy access to lines heading to Herzliya's train station in about 15 minutes.

Other Things to Note:
📌 Israeli citizens are subject to an additional 17% VAT, not included in the listed price. Non-Israeli citizens must provide a photo of the B2 stay permit issued at passport control to avoid VAT. Check-in instructions will be provided only after VAT payment or submission of the B2 slip.
📌 Upon arrival, guests are required to check in at the hotel's reception desk and pay a daily fee of 10.7 ILS. This fee is not included in the listed price and remains fixed, regardless of the number of guests.

Sharon Hotel

the listing picture showed the bedroom which is the best picture the owner could show. The Sharon Hotel is not a hotel, but now just a sort of timeshare or condo. It has no service, but a very good location at the beach. Our unit had a great view of the beach from balcony. While we had some plumbing issues right away, the owner was very responsive to our request to fix them. The air conditioner was fully operational, very important in the summer. The owner could have been more forthright on the parking situation and provided some written instruction, especially for non-Israeli travelers. Overall, the unit served our purpose and was functional.
