“The first staff member I made contact with, Bhree, was very rude and Not helpful at all. I didn't want to stay there at all due to the horrible way I was treated on arrival. I was urged by another guest who said that never happened to anyone else, give it a chance, I will love it. So, I did. The guest was correct. “We were moved to a different property, which turned out to be just fine. The location was great, the property had a nice recreation suite with a pool table and TVs as well as a nice pool. It was convenient to mid-town Nashville and very easy to get in and out of for site seeing and all around visit to Nashville.”
