“This is the cutest little hotel, and the staff were exceptional. I was there and although I did not request housekeeping services, they emptied my trash can, provided clean towels and even made my bed....and my day! And the Space Cowboy bar is casual and fun with good pours. Stayed for business and will definitely be back!”

“喜欢地理位置，观看烟花安排的很好，指示明显，安全。不喜欢的是卫生太差，房间和楼道的走廊卫生都很差。我住了两晚，外面离电梯口走廊的垃圾就没清理过，很明显。房间里一个房间有瓶装水，一个房间没水，洗浴用品一个房间全是护发素，没洗发水没身体润肤露，没浴室地垫，地上还有前房客留下的垃圾没清理干净，也许新年期间，清洁工较忙。前台一男士接待员服务不好，2019年12月30日办理入住的2250，2251房间，我入住时说明要高层和尽量可以看到烟花的房间，但是他却给了我两间凹的角落的房间，窗户外的右面是一大片玻璃墙。我下去找他调换房间，我说尽量两间一起，但只给了我一间2566房间给我父母，另一间依然凹的角落房间，没变，我两天都要上下层跑来跑去照顾父母。自助停车也没帮我办理好，他告诉我办理在2250卡上，家人取车用不了房卡，被收费$9。估计以后不会再入住了。”

“Conditioner dispenser didn’t work, loud noise by freeway, self parking exit wasn’t working well and took forever, bathroom sinks by ballroom was out of service, and elevator was out of service. Definitely can use a lot of fixing!!! ”

“Staff were amazing! We arrived before check in and the hotel managed to get us a room! Super friendly and helpful staff! If you travel for immigration process, the hotel has transportation to the USA consulate and back at no extra cost! I actually booked again for middle of may. Many other hotel options but I stayed with consulado inn. Plus has a pool, free breakfast and wifi for hotel guests. ”

“I have wanted to stay at The Lorenzo for years and I finally had a reason, so we booked it! When we arrived the hotel had no power. This was nothing they had control over, but it was disappointing after a long drive to have to drive around Dallas for a couple more hours waiting for the power to return. Thankfully, it did by 6:30 pm. The hotel is just as cool as I thought it would be. The art work and vibe of the hotel is amazing. There is so much to see and so many photo ops all over the……
