「No sé ni por dónde empezar...todo nos encantó. Llegamos al aeropuerto, salimos y al cruzar la calle está el hotel; al entrar Don Daniel fue muy amable al recibirnos y nos asignaron una habitación al instante. La habitación con una cama extragrande y super cómoda, contaba con frigobar, horno de microondas y demás electrodomésticos. El baño con agua caliente. Al día siguiente nuestro desayuno estaba listo al despertar ya que se nos pregunto la noche anterior si deseábamos algo y a qué hora......

「Fue una experiencia increíble. Todo el personal es demasiado amable que te hacen sentir como en casa. En esprcial Baldemar y Mariana, que en todo momento estuvieron al pendiente de nosotros. La comida es riquísima y sale completamente del típico desayuno americano, los platillos son hechos al momento. Las instalaciones muy limpias y cuidadas. Sin pensarlo volvería y seguro que voy a recomendar este lugar. Me encantó!」

「We enjoyed our five night stay at Hotel Plaza Cozumel. We really enjoyed the pool and towels were available from the front desk. The breakfast was tasty and the staff quickly remembered who we were. We really appreciated the air conditioning in the hot July heat. 」

「Casa Mexicana has been my go-to place to stay for the past 6 years. Located right downtown, it's very convenient and there are a lot of restaurants and shopping nearby. There are always Taxis waiting just in front which makes it easy to go anywhere on the island. The staff at Casa Mexicana are all very friendly and do everything they can to make my stay comfortable. 「My wife and I took a week long holiday. The staff was amazing. Very friendly and always eager to help. The food was great. We loved the different international themed dinners every night. Everyday there were fun activities and my wife loved the water aerobics. It was also so convenient to have dive boats pick us up at the property on the dock. We plan to make this an annual trip.」
