“I appreciate it my stay at the courtyard for the fact that the people of the staff were very polite helpful and kind. The cleaning staff was very careful and polite when communicating with the people in the room for any of their needs or for cleaning and the room was very clean and comfortable. This was the first time that I accepted a room near the elevator because the elevator was very silent and not noisy as I have noted in other hotels where I had to move my room. All in all my stay was good……

We stayed on the night of May 10th and the gentleman at the front desk to check us in after 9:30pm should be recognized and be selected for the next open manager position quickly. We watched him represent Four Seasons with a high level of professionalism and integrity. Multiple guests were in awe of his calm demeanor, speed and thoroughness as he addressed each need. First impressions mean a lot in……

“Housekeeping only every 3rd day without notice when we booked the room. The price for a 3 stars hotel is too high, especially considering that it doesn't drop when less service is given. We paid up to 150$ a night and had to get towels, coffee etc ourselves ”
