「This hotel was ideal for our one night stay to visit our grandchildren who live nearby. The staff communicated with us to explain about the problems with the kitchen but they produced two superb pizzas and the draught beef was really nice.」
「What I love this hotel the most is the breakfast, its by order and put you feel like on vocation (I am on biz trip). The staff was very nice as well.
The hotel location is perfect and nearby market place, very easy to walk around this lovely city. The only thing that need to improve is the internet connection, it was that good in my room.」
「The Buck Inn is in a prime central location on a picturesque street. I think some of the recent reviews are unfair. Richmond is an expensive town and most places charge £160 to £180 per night. The Buck Inn charges £85 a night for a double and that includes a very good breakfast. The room is a large en-suite with tea/coffee/hot chocolate facilities and a fair sized tv. Good quality toiletries are provided. The bedding is clean and very good quality and the bed is comfortable. The downsides are...
「A very good little place. Room was clean and tidy and the bed comfortable. The food in the pub downstairs was good and the breakfast very good. Excellent value for money.」
「The hotel was out in the countryside with excellent views over the moors. It was very clean and well cared for. Car parking was good. The room size, bed size, etc was great. One small problem - the room lighting was not very bright during the night time. The food was excellent and the staff were great. It was also a great place for walkers with great access to the countryside. I would recommend it.」
「Room was excellent with great shower. Evening meal from the restaurant menu was very good.
Continental style breakfast was served to the room in a basket hamper.
An enjoyable stay overall」
