「The staff were always positive and helpful, when we needed to change a room, they understood and it was not a problem. When due to circumstances beyond our control we had to stay an extra night, they could not be more helpful. Great service out on the terrace with complimentary fruit. The breakfast was very good. A special mention to Marco , the general manager for a great stay, we will come back. 」

「Hotelli sijaitsee maaseudulla, aamuisin kukot kiekuivat. Henkilökunta osaavaa, asiallista ja erittäin ystävällistä. Hotellin miljöö kaunis, hyvän kokoinen uima-allas. Plussaa altaan vieressä olevasta baarista. Tilat siistit, ainoa miinus"sikailevista" asiakkaista, esim. ruokalan terassin lattialla paljon servettejä, pöydille pudonneet ruoat jääneet niille sijoilleen yms. Henkilökunta ei ehdi joka välissä siivota, vaihtaa pöytäliinoja jne... Vahva suositus jos kaipaat rauhallista lomailua....

「I don't even know where to begin at this property.Bed covers full of hairs,mold in corners,young staff rude as if they where waiting for an argument. Breakfast was like leaving on camp grounds.Never have i been so disgusted at a proprty as this one.」

「The Filoxenia Hotel is a truly magical place! We stayed for 10 nights in mid-August and honestly couldn't fault a single thing. The rooms are well equipped and kept clean by the excellent cleaning teams, The pools were well kept and tidy, and the team are extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel offers a peaceful stay nestled among the old farmland where you are surrounded by local fruit and olive trees, and other traditional greek plants which show it's authenticity. 「Super staff, especially Tsampikos from guest relations. Pre booked us the best restaurant so we didn’t miss out on an outstanding experience. Definitely a 5 star hotel a recommended stay they felt like family nothing to much trouble for the reception team. I will return 」

「We had a wonderful stay at Casa Cook. The loft room was perfect with a wonderful swim up pool just outside, we had the most relaxing time. It was my birthday and they gave me a complimentary cake and bottle of Prosecco which was really thoughtful. The staff were friendly and approachable and professional, I would definitely go again」

「What a great find. The pool area was beautiful, it had a relaxed vibe and was so comfortable. The service both in the restaurant and around the pool was second to none. We had a large suite with a private pool and it was fantastic. The “private pools” are actually not very private at all, as neighbours are above you and right beside you.
