「Clean but run down. Old carpet, refrigerator light broken and hanging by the wire. No gfci outlet in main bath. All outlets worn and didn’t hold plug. Just a lot more worn out. The smoke detector hung open and appeared broken」

Property in general had obviously suffered significant storm or related damage at some point. Construction scaffolding substituted for stairways on beachfront side of 2 of 3 units. Advertised property exercise room evidently had been eliminated 2 or 3 years previously according to maintenance staff. Security entrance gate was...
