The guesthouse is in Tignale, a characteristic Garda municipality. It is between Gargnano and Limone sul Garda, on the west side of the lake. This location provides the best setting for a quiet holiday or sports activities. The guesthouse itself has ten freshly renovated guest rooms, all with their own bathroom, as well as five tastefully decorate apartments (one-room or two-room), which will make your stay by the lake a special experience.

In front of the house there is an idyllic garden. It is planted with citrus trees, bougainvillea, oleander and magnolia and furnished with deckchairs and parasols, providing a wonderful place for relaxing. There is also storage space for your surf board or bicycle. A parking space and free wireless Internet access are of course included.

The accommodation is nestled into nature and will charm you with their proximity to the lake. To the rear, a cliff wall rises up with a beautiful waterfall. The elevated location provides a wonderful view into the distance over the lake towards Monte Baldo. Next to the house there is the only lemon grove still in operation in the area, which has also been a museum for a number of years. Owing to the good local wind conditions, those who enjoy surfing, kitesurfing and sailing are guaranteed fun all day long. Those who prefer mountains can set out on extended hikes or mountain bike tours directly from the guesthouse. Those who are more daring can go canyoning or climbing.

Kumquat is a refined one-room apartment for two, located on the old lemon terraces. The first three still preserve the structure of the historic lemon houses, while the subsequent ones house private gardens and panoramic flats. Kumquat is located on the sixth terrace, in a private and quiet position, with an extraordinary view of Lake Garda.

It is reached by walking along the suggestive Oldesio Path and climbing a few steps up to the fifth terrace. Crossing a private area you finally reach the exclusive garden of the studio, where your gaze opens onto a landscape stretching from Malcesine to Sirmione.

The carefully detailed interior is embellished with wooden finishes and offers maximum comfort: a double bed, an equipped kitchenette, a table with chairs and a large bathroom with a large shower. Air conditioning and independent heating make it ideal in every season.

Kumquat is the perfect choice for those seeking an intimate and regenerating stay, surrounded by greenery and overlooking one of the most beautiful views of Lake Garda.
