“Good”

“The check in procedure was a bit complicated as the lobby closed at 5 and we were arriving after. I had trouble accessing a digital key. When I called, the person I talked to was very helpful and left us a key in the lockbox. So it all worked out. We would have liked to have had drinking glasses, a dish towel, paper towels in the kitchen. Beds were comfortable. The rooms were clean and functional. It was quiet. We would stay there again.”

“Locked out of room for 2 hrs. All our belongings in room. Wife's medical equipment in room and very much needed. She sat in extreme pain for 2 hrs unable to monitor her spinal implant device.”

“Paper thin walls. Was woken up from sound of closing doors from other guests at 4am. Loud hvac unit rattled and buzzed when ac came on. Things id expect from the $60/night stay down the street. ”

“This hotel excels in all areas: cleanliness, well stocked breakfast, and well maintained property. The gym is superior to most hotels. The staff sets makes this Hampton Inn a GEM. By far the kindness, most helpful people anywhere. EXCEPTIONAL.”

“This Hotel was conveniently located off of 24 with restaurants close by. Staff were very professional and helpful. Breakfast selections were plentiful and the area was kept clean and well supplied. The elevator went out of order the first morning of our stay, but it was repaired and running by noon. Overall the room was quiet even with several people in the hotel. Parking was convenient with plenty of spaces to choose from. Everything was clean and well cared for. I definitely would stay……

“We travel with 3 large dogs. This is our second stay. Our room was clean, and the bed very comfortable. There are grassy areas near for walks and potty. We will continue to make this our stop on the wat to and back from Fl”

“Breakfast menu looked fresh. The parking area was well lighted and appeared safe.”

“When making the reservation online it said that the checkin time was 2:00 PM. When I arrived at 2:00 PM they said checkin time was 3:00 PM and told me I would have to leave and come back at 3:00. I was also told if I needed anything after hours to call 500. I did so multiple times and no one answered. Finally, no one was at the front desk the next morning to check you out. The front desk attendants were very rude and no help at all. I would never stay here again.”

“The place is being remolded and our room had new carpet. New armchair, freshly painted and great plugs for electronics. There were not enough towel hooks in the bath, one handle on dresser was hanging down and outside was dirty and a bit trashy,( old furniture and repair objects everywhere). One young man was alone to run the place and didn’t make it up in time for breakfast nut I will give him an A for effort. The price was appropriate for what we experienced.”

“Bare bones hotel, no facial tissue, blow dryer, or shampoo, but a great value for the cost. Super clean, great shower, comfortable bed and pillows. It was everything we needed for a quick overnight stay and a good night's rest. I would definitely stay here again!”

“The staff was courteous and reasonable. The room was clean with sufficient toweling. Minimum room amenities: one small wrapped soap and package of tissue instead of 3 soaps and boxes of tissue in the room. Heat was adjustable and adequately responsive to change. No loud noises from the area.”
