"What stood out at this Hotel is, the employees! The BELLMAN are amazing. Louis, Charles, Eddie. THANK YOU! Yes they’re working for tips, however they truly go above and beyond to help you. Whether it’s 12 suitcases or finding your Uber/Lyft ride and walk you to the other block. Front desk was very helpful, they even had an early check-in for our arrival. The hotel itself definitely can have a revamp in the rooms. However, our room was still very nice. To be there at Christmas time is so magical, get the room that overlooks the cathedral you’ll never regret it. Last, but not least the delicious coffee and bakery was my favorite part each morning. The staff was still friendly and so helpful on Christmas morning. Bless them for their hard work in that day! If you’re a mom you know.! Also how could I forget the location? The location is perfect. We truly can’t wait to come back. Bring lots of bucks because the food is not cheap. The only down fall."

"The location was perfect, only two blocks from Grand Central Station. A short walk to anywhere of interest to us. The staff was professional, kind, and courteous. It was a great value, I felt like we should’ve paid more for what we got, but was glad we didn’t have to. I highly recommend this hotel, and will stay here again on my next trip to New York."

"Our room was great!!! The bathroom was huge!!! Bed was very comfortable. TV had great channel choices. We also utilized the bar upstairs, and the bartender and drinks were great. The location was also fantastic, literally steps from Times Square. Parking was easy, across the street from the hotel. We parked and didn’t need to move it until end of stay. Very convenient. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in NYC. "
