"Great view, great location"

"First room AC was broken. Moved to a new room and bathroom light broke at 10 pm. Had to shower and use the bathroom in the dark until the following morning when it was repaired. Mold growing on bathroom wall. Other than this, clean room, good location, and super friendly and helpful staff. "

"This property does not offer any parking at all. There are available parking spots all the way around this hotel. But you cannot park in them between midnight and 6:00 a.m. or you will be towed forcing you to use their valet service which is an unexpected cost daily. You are unable to access your vehicle when it is parked in their valet garage which became a huge issue when I could not get to my asthma inhaler that I had left in my car. This medical emergency landed me on the floor of the lobby to which staffs response was the issue was me being on the floor not that I couldn't breathe. They also put a hold on your funds for a hotel fee which you expected most places. But it has been over a week since my check out and I am still awaiting those funds to be returned after speaking to a manager the day after my check out."

"Our group of friends had a delightful stay here. Comfortable, with plenty of amenities, and so close to the beach. Publix is just a couple miles down the road, two great restaurants within walking distance, and you feel removed from the hustle and bustle of St Augustine, but still within striking distance."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property and wish we could have stayed longer. The unit was just as described and the area was family friendly. The only issue we had is that our door code would not work upon checkin, and it took about 30 minutes to be able to get a new one. But overall, we loved it and hope to be back again one day "
