Front row beach seats to 4th of July river fireworks display! 1 mile from open air, pedestrian downtown nightlife, new brewery, distillery and restaurants just opened! Walkable to Toms River Diner, 7 eleven, Walgreens, liquor store, ice cream, Philly cheesesteaks, pizza, recording studio and Browns nature education center and preserve! Kayakable and walkable to Huddy Park and popular Water street bar and grille! 45 minutes from AC.
