“Very nice. Clean. Easy to find. Beautiful addition and character. Wi-Fi was a bit troublesome but worked. We loved the old original floors and the squeak in the master bedroom. Kitchen was very nice and decorated well. First hot shower had sulfur smell which is not uncommon with electric water heaters and well water that sit sometimes. Subsequent showers it was much better. Would stay there again regardless. Bluebonnets were coming up. Views over the water were amazing. Close to town if……

“Liked the secured entrance. Needed a gate code to get in the resort.”

“My grandchildren have not experienced camping in a tent. I wanted them to experience sitting around a picnic table rather than a living room, everyone sharing one room, one bathroom for all of us, no screens for most of the day, few appliances. All was accomplished! Management was responsive to all needs and offered solutions. The property feels the pinch of no available workers. I find that is everywhere!”

“Our short anniversary weekend stay was nice and quiet. We enjoyed the clean, small cabin that was very well stocked with all the basic needs. We enjoyed cooking on the grill by the water. I only wish the property had been mowed.”

The bed was very comfortable, it was very clean and decorated so cute, we really enjoyed our stay here, the cabin is in the backyard of the owner's house, we love communicating with people and are very friendly but the owners gave us our privacy, we had the place all to ourselves, we enjoyed the fire pit, there was plenty of wood for us, beautiful lights out in the back, Brian and his family really did a great job with this place, I tell you one thing if we ever……

“Clean, quiet and comfy. SO glad I found this place to stay more than a week for work in nearby Marble Falls. Much better than the hotel lifestyle and having such easy access to a good fishing spot was the icing on the cake. AC worked great and bed was awesome. Hosts were very helpful and responsive when I had questions or requests. Can’t wait to come back when I can spend some leisure time with the wife. Highly recommend.”

“The cabin is just the right size for a couple. The high ceilings make the cabin feel roomy. The bed was comfortable and Kathy took care of anything we needed. We had access to the whole ranch and enjoyed seeing the wildlife each day, especially the longhorn calves. We cooked our meals there and had all we need. If you want to grill you’ll need to provide your own charcoal. The cabin is quiet and cozy deep in the heart of the Hill Country.”

“The property was in a great spot, close to Kingsland and grocery stores/restaurants. Also was great to be right on the lake with beach access. A great place to stay with family or friends.”

“Recommend basic maintenance be done as there were unpatched nail holes, board above dishwasher poorly done, cracks in drywall, kitchen fan ceiling ring hanging and dishwasher didn’t work until we called maintenance and one bathtub had no stopper-it was missing, shower light didn’t work and exhaust fan light continually flickering. Live bugs such as spiders and webs were present. Road driveway was horrible all washed out with huge ruts which can damage vehicles- unacceptable.Need easier access to……

“I'm conflicted on this review - the property was clean and with lots of sundries and supplies, beds were great, firepiit nice, no complaints, overall very good. However, with the lake withdrawn for years around a half mile from the house, this was not even close to waterfront pic they proudly show on the site. Yes, there was a clear disclaimer in the text, so no bait and switch, but leaving the photo up today with the lake down for years, then placing the disclaimer in to avoid liability, well……
