“We loved our stay at this chalet! It had everything we needed, was warm, cozy, and absolutely immaculate. The kids loved the sleeping loft (they called it their man cave). Views of Holimont are beautiful. The host was communicative and responded to my few questions right away. The perfect winter vacation spot!”

“My family and I loved spending this past week at Hencoop Hollow! The property is beautiful and very quiet. We really loved the firepit (probably the best and most useful one I’ve ever seen), and it was great to have 2 large porches. There were 10 of us and there was plenty of space. Also, Michael was very quick to respond to any questions I had. I definitely recommend this property to anyone who wants a camping-like experience with all the amenities of a home.”

“We stayed at this chalet in Ellicottville, NY for my husband’s 30th birthday with a group of 20, and it exceeded every expectation. The home is absolutely stunning and truly immaculate—everything was sparkling clean from top to bottom.It’s stocked with literally anything you could possibly need, from bug spray and extra toothbrushes to garlic powder. Every detail was thought of, which made the stay so easy and stress-free.The back deck was an essential hangout spot, and the huge couch made it so……

“We all came up to see the eclipse. The cottage was easy to fine, had great bedrooms, a wonderful kitchen, and perfecct yard for all my grandchildren to enjoy. Our host was helpful and easy to contact for questions. We do recommend this "House by a pond" for a pleasant stay away from home.”

“Cut my foot open and so did my 3 year old son. He had to get stitches, from missing grout from between the floor tiles. All the tiles were coming apart. It was so bad we had to have the property maintenance man come over and check the floors. My wife fell on her back on the ice directly infront of the ring camera on the house hit her head and my daughter fell on the " heated" driveway busted he knee open on the ice and it goes on and on. We took very good pictures and videoed all of it too.”

“We've stayed at another property in Little Valley managed by this owner many times and have been very happy with that house, this year our group wanted to upgrade a bit and so we booked the Rooster's Den. This was a fantastic rental for our group of 8 in the summer and would be even more incredible during the ski season! We appreciated the incredible view through the A frame living room and the wraparound porch, the backyard with firepit, grill and hot tub, and the spaceous kitchen and……

“We had a great time !”

“We had an incredible time at Stay Apres. The property is spacious, stunning, and tucked away in the peaceful countryside of upstate New York. We stayed here with a large group for a summer weekend and were welcomed by lush forests, vibrant greenery, and plenty of open space for outdoor games and activities. The secondary house with the downstairs game room was a favorite hangout—perfect for late-night rounds of shuffleboard and pool. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to relax,……
