“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We found the place to be very family oriented with lots of things to do at the cabin from games to a hot tub. We enjoyed cooking meals in the kitchen and sitting out on the beautiful deck overlooking the water. We were lucky in that we had beautiful weather for December!! My son in law enjoyed snowboarding at Bristol. All in all, a great place to unwind from the holiday season!!”

“We came in mid October to enjoy a peaceful trip to see waterfalls and fall foliage.We started at Niagara Falls only a couple of hours to the VRBO. The location of this Cottage is perfect for visiting several places. We visited Letchworth State Park, Watkins Glen, Port Byron (Erie Canal), and other scenic sites. The cottage was quiet at night. We got up and enjoyed mornings at the cottage. Then spent time touring each day. The last day we went to the Corning Glass Museum. We did some wine……

“Being able to get on early was really nice. The house has everything you need and lot of extras like lots of board games and toys in the garage our grandson loved playing with them. Could get the TV to work but that was ok. The weather was excellent and we were outside all day we rented a pontoon boat at the marine. We had 2 campfires while we were there. The neighbors were very nice .”

“Enjoyed meeting the neighbor. She was friendly and helpful on our arrival. Lake view and access was great. Cottage was cozy. The one bed was a little hard. Think it was missing the mattress. In all, we had a wonderful time.”

“The view was amazing. The property was a cool 70's retro vibe. It was big enough for all 8 of us. Beds could have been more comfortable. The king bed was great but the rest were futon couches and singles with trundles. Not the best for grown adults. Went up on grape festival weekend. Lots to do for sure. ”

“The house was fantastic. It was well stocked, very clean, and the welcome basket was a very nice surprise. We have been to the Finger Lakes 4 years in a row now and this location was perfect for all of the wineries around Pan Yan.The only thing that was different was that there were zero tv’s in the house. It does say it in the description of the house house, but it was odd. Overall this is a great place to stay, well worth the price, and we would definitely stay there again. ”

“Everything was Great. Had a nice Long Weekend, being right on the lake was Fantastic. The back porch was amazing too just relax and see and listen to the lake. The local area was great, the Blue Eagle Bar was Awesome as well as Y Knot, a small Pizza and market, the people were very nice and the food was Great, would definitely recommend the house and those places to dine. ”
