“We were in the area to attend our son's senior recital at SUNY Fredonia. The house was perfect for our family. It was so comfortable and had everything we needed. Nice selection of games and my son and his friend loved the tandem bike! The view was amazing, I can only imagine how nice it would be in warmer weather. ”

“Our family of 3 stayed for a long weekend and the checkin and checkout communications were very helpful. The property location is convenient for exploring multiple fun areas and activities in North western PA and South western NY balanced with the house providing an accomodating experience. It's difficult to find a vacation rental that offers it all, so having waterfront access with kayaks, a firepit, and a hot tub helped make for a wonderful vacation ”

“The reason for our stay was to tube and ski. This location is approximately 10 minutes from Peek n Peak. It is a small old cottage. The host let us check in early. I do not reccomend this location for a winter stay as there was a dead mouse in the cottage and mouse droppings throughout kitchen cabintes along with acorns. When taking linens off one bed acorns were found in the sheets. The host was apologetic. However, for the price we paid I expect no mouse droppings, dead mice or acorns. We……
