“Carpet was dirty and old. Water for shower is slow. Smell of the room is not good. Have smell of smoke at the corridor. I stayed nine nights but everyday the breakfast is the same.”

“The Leo was a great stay but overall an average hotel. Yes, the jacuzzi tubs are a plus but my 4 star ratings come from the sheets being stained on arrival. When I asked for a new set of sheets, we ended up getting more stained sheets. The shower hose was also loose, which my boyfriend ended up fixing on his own. I also was surprised their pool was under construction but it was not said online. The wifi did not work for us unfortunately & the hotel breakfast was mediocre, no breakfast meet or……

“Checkin staff was excellent and very accommodating even upgrading us from a queen bed to a king which was very much appreciated after a 10 hour drive to Windsor. The breakfast consisted of pancakes, cereal, toast or bagels. There was also some fruit and yogurt. There was quite a bit of light coming in the top of the curtains as the parking lot lights were always on and some cars raced down the street loudly, but overall a good place to stay plus a reasonable price. ”
