“The host Sue was great ! She was available right away when I needed her with checking in. We stayed for July 4th weekend and the price was very reasonable for the weekend. The location was perfect. Local restaurants and grocery store all walking distance. The apartment looked exactly like the pictures! I would definitely stay here again !”

“You get what you pay for - cheap, not value. Spent the first 2 hours cleaning because it was barely touched - even dining table and chairs had crumbs and spill stains. The coffee maker was black inside the water compartment. I had to pick up silverware and dish soap from the dollar store because there was only 2 forks and spoons for a place advertised for 6 and no dish soap to clean dishes. I’m confident my cleaning and items I left behind for the next guests will be reimbursed by karma. Oh,……

“From indoor mice and flies to brown smelly water, to rotten food in cabinets, to no cell coverage, and more, this place needs a lot of help. The place is dirty. There was some rotten food in one of the cabinets that had been there a LONG time to the point that fruit flies were all over the place. There were dirty cabinets, old dusty cobwebs in the corners of the rooms, scummy interior of the fridge. My mother drew a bath and brown water came out of the faucet. The place is smelly. It has……

Also a little misleading was Expedia's listing of the room as having 1.5 baths (with one description saying 2 bathrooms!) when the room only……
