“The unit was clean and easy to find. Check in was not a problem. It is located between the center of town and the Inn at Holiday Valley. The only thing I would recommend is replacing the chairs on the deck putside of the main bedroom. We did not use the chairson the first floor outside. ”

Close enough to Buffalo and Niagra Falls, we took a short drive and enjoyed a day there. Allegany State Park was amazing with lots of trails and lake to make a good day. ”

“We did a trip that had us stopping in Erie PA for two days then to Buffalo to see the falls for two days. We did a high end loft in Buffalo. After staying in 4 different places this was our most favorite. We had our German Shepherd with us and the big yard was perfect. If we had it to do over again we would go straight here. ”

There are three bathrooms which sets it apart from other condos. The condo was updated and stylish and the trip felt special for the holiday. Thank you to our hosts!”
