“Wow this place is wonderful! In a beautiful area of the Catskills (we *love* the Catskills!). It was quiet, very peaceful. Neighbors were friendly. The cabin restoration is awesome. Very cozy, fully appointed, comfortable beds. Christine is a fantastic host. Very friendly, quick communication, lots of great recommendations for things to see and places to eat (the Arnold House was our #1). This is the perfect base from which to explore the Catskills. “After staying 2 nights at the Zen cottage in Gardiner (same host), I decided to stay an extra night, but only this location was available, so I booked. I walked in to a very tidy beautiful space, albeit a lot less work went into restoring this space compared to the prior, furniture definitely not as cozy. The blanket covering the boarded up door (in the sauna room) had a very large nail sticking out, luckily I saw it before bumping into. I did notice some foul smells around the fire place, I……

“Clean and comfortable. We appreciated the nice quality bedding linens and mattress. Very comfortable. Nice studio apartment like unit with kitchen that is well stocked with pots/pans etc for those who cook. Tranquil country setting. I would stay again. ”
