“Great property! We were in town while our son played at ASV. About a 10 minute drive to baseball fields. Cute, clean apartment just as listed. Very friendly property owner. Quick to answer questions. Highly recommend!”

“We enjoyed our stay at this older but very clean and well-maintained home. The property is in a safe, quiet area, which made for a peaceful visit while in Cooperstown. The rental company does a fantastic job providing everything out-of-town guests might need—linens, paper products, trash bags, laundry supplies, and even a thoughtful touch of bagels upon arrival.A couple of things to note: the laundry facilities are located outside the home in an adjacent house, which wasn’t a major issue but……

“Spacious 3 bedroom house in a quiet neighborhood. Very convenient and 9 minutes from All Star Village. Great laundry facilities with a huge washer and dryer. My only complaint is the kitchen is really lacking. We enjoyed the overall space, and the kitchen itself was modern and nice. However, it was stocked with only a basic pot and pan set, which made cooking more than the simplest meals very difficult. There weren’t even basic items like a mixing bowl, measuring cups, or baking sheets. If you……

“My husband and I stayed at Big Wave 1 for a week in June while my son was playing baseball in Cooperstown. The unit was amazing. Completely remodeled, super clean, and very comfortable! It was the perfect size for my husband and I. Close to the baseball fields at All-Star Village. Having a washer and dryer was also a huge bonus! We would definitely stay here again!”
