“This property was an unexpected gem! The hotel is charming and impressive situated high on a hill. The flowering shrubs were spectacular. The room was tastefully decorated and the bed quite comfortable. The staff delivered great service and genuine kindness. The food, especially the breakfast, was filling and quite tasty. I highly recommend this historic hotel.”

“It was adequate but the property needs some TLC. Broken wooden step, lack of hot water, missing exposed light sockets in bathroom, just two towels, misc clutter on path to cottage, derelict vehicles blocking driveway. . ”

“The entrance to the location is dark and a steep drive/walkway to enter. Not very well kept on the outside. ”

“The property was great. The owners are very friendly and nice people. They are genuine! The house is very clean and organized. It has everything. I would love to rent again even for myself if I can! They have everything in the house and it’s like my own house. I’m thankful for the owners providing such a nice and clean house.”

“The house was just as described and just what we needed: clean, spacious, well-appointed and so conveniently located to my family’s home we could walk there (when it wasn’t freezing cold out..ha) 2 bathrooms were a real plus and we liked the big tv in the living room. Lovely hosts & trouble-free stay. Can’t ask for anything more. Will definitely stay at this cute house again.”
