"We had a great time staying at the Washburn Cabin! Plenty of amenities and little touches that made it a pleasant stay, but it still felt like we were unplugged and had plenty of privacy."

"When we arrived at the house, we unpacked and within a few minutes, we smelled something that smelled like sewer gas in the bathroom. The owners came over and accused us of pouring something down the drain to get out of paying them. We could not stay in the house it smelled so bad and they would not refund our money. VRBO took their side! This was a horrific experience. I hope they get the sewer smell figured out. I just wanted to visit my daughter and this turned into a nightmare. I understand...

"We had an excellent stay in Poughquag!! The cabin is cozy and well-appointed with a great kitchen, and the property is beautiful. We enjoyed being in such a secluded, peaceful spot and exploring the trails with our dog. Although we were only a short drive from lots of cute towns we ended up spending most of our time at the cabin because we loved it so much. Hope to return to see it in another season! "

"Great location and lots to do despite it raining for half our stay! My dog enjoyed the yard and walks around the neighborhood. My son loved kayaking and having his first ever s’more. Honestly I wished we had booked a longer trip! "

"My husband and I stayed here to relax, rejuvenate, and celebrate his birthday. We had a wonderful time! He really enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub while listening to the sound of the creek. Our dog, Gambit, loved laying near the pellet stove to warm up on those cold nights. The hosts were/are wonderful and are very attentive and responsive! They have small touches here and there that really make the stay special (like the dog bowls and treats). We are already looking forward to our next stay...
