"The onsen design room was very comfortable and spacious with great view of the lake and blueberry garden. The amazing staff from the valet attendant to the checkin assistant greeted us with warm welcome and made us feel right at home. Nice touch having to remove our shoes before stepping on the tatami corridor. There are shoe lockers at the entrance of each floor corridor. The in-room onsen was lovely. There’s frosted glass (balcony railing) for privacy otherwise would have great lake/mountain while soaking in the onsen. We opted for the half board package where meals were delicious and very filling. The gardens were beautiful. Spa is also quite nice and opens til 11pm. Very relaxing, serene and peaceful place to do nothing but enjoy nature. Highly recommend."
