“This is a compact open plan studio in the town of Brevard- Franklin Park which makes it easy to walk everywhere or drive out of the town. Comfy beds, lounge area and good small kitchen space.”

“These accommodations were outstanding. This location was perfect for visiting Brevard. We took a short walk on the trail (just at the bottom of the hill) to get to and from the downtown area. I have NEVER slept as good as I did in the quiet and comfortable setting. The bed covers, sheets and pillows were like sleeping on a cloud. The bathroom towels were the softest I have ever experienced. The kitchen gave us an easy way to save and reheat leftovers. We had our coffee (provided) and breakfast……

“Terrible experience. I booked this place for two nights and paid for insurance “just in case”. I got terribly sick and we experienced a record breaking snow storm the weekend of the booking. I am unable to get my money back and the host will not assist in anyway. Be wary. ”

Had all the amenities we needed and the owner left delicious fresh baked bread for us. The bedroom was seperate from the living area, so my early bird husband could awake and I could sleep in undisturbed. ”
