“The Challet was perfect for our weekend stay. The place was clean, convenient, and very comfortable. The hostess was super friendly and very helpful. And the place was located within walking distance to several breweries and eateries and a short drive from downtown.”

“Such a clean and cozy cottage close to every thing we needed!”

“I came into the house and I was taken away by the home like feel and a hand written letter. This house was so amazing. Breathtaking views and the hospitality from the host was amazing. Very quick to answer and it was just such a joy. The house was decorated so cute and it had everything you needed to cook a meal at home. There was great hiking 20 min away. 30 min away from downtown. My dog loved this area and the house and it is definitely dog friendly. I would love to stay here again!”

“Studio 84 was clean and comfortable, and had a designated parking space. The location was great- convenient to the downtown shops of Brevard and in a quiet and lovely residential neighborhood. Our host communicated all the information we needed to know prior to our check in. We had a wonderful stay.”

“Beautiful property. Minutes away from the entrance to Pisgah.”

“Terrible experience. I booked this place for two nights and paid for insurance “just in case”. I got terribly sick and we experienced a record breaking snow storm the weekend of the booking. I am unable to get my money back and the host will not assist in anyway. Be wary. ”

“Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. We thoroughly enjoyed the Brevard area.”

“Would stay again. Monika, the host was great.”

“Perfect spot for our weekend in Brevard. Very clean, and we had everything we needed.”

“Amazing. The pictures don’t give it justice. It is better, grander that shown. Location is perfect, couldn’t be any better.”

“Great secluded property for a couple. Very well equipped with 2 tvs, washer/dryer, compact kitchen and full size fridge. Nice outdoor deck with an incredible view. Great comfortable living space and bedroom with king bed. AWD or 4WD is a must to access the property, but well worth the drive.”

“We enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It was very clean and nicely situated in order to hike to several of the waterfalls in the area.”

“This property was a pleasant surprise. Appeared to be almost new and very fashionable. Exactly as represented. Surprise was how seemingly remote it is but just 10 minutes from downtown Brevard. I would definitely rent this property again.”

“My daughter's apartment in Asheville was made unlivable by Hurricane Helene. Monika worked with us to rent the property for a month while my daughter got back on her feet. Her regular local check-ins with my daughter helped us all through a tough situation.”

“Crowdstrike glitch caused us to be unable to fly out of phoenix to Asheville therefore we had no way of getting there. Tried to communicate with owner and VRBO regarding refund but no response!!!!!!!!! So, no review for site but serious issue with customer service……”

“Although small the room was Wonderful, and as advertised. We always love staying at this host’s properties. They do a great job making us right at home.”
