“It was a nice unit. It didn't look like the pictures, but it was the same layout. It had a modern feel to it. It was a great location, near lots of stuff. Street parking is available, but we ended up parking in a garage most of the time. There are garages and lots within a couple of blocks. Several good restaraunts in the immediate neighborhood. The beds were too stiff for some of us, others were fine. Overall, we were very happy.”

“The location of this apartment is okay, and check-in was very smooth. The apartment is a bit worn in some places and could benefit from some maintenance, especially the windows, the blinds, and baseboard heaters are broken. The toilet was not cleaned and there was no toilet paper. I contacted the host and he did drop some off about 6 hours later. For the kitchen, the oven, underneath the sink, and the utensil drawer were not cleaned. A quick heads-up to future guests, bring your own linens.……

“This sweet apt had everything we needed for our Fishtown getaway. Alberto thinks of everything right down to the bottles of soap and shampoo in the shower. Lovely deck in the back was an added bonus space. The remodeling done in this classic Philly row home is classy and tasteful. Our dog felt right at home as well.
