「While the place was clean, it lacked a few essentials; there's no coffee maker so forget your morning coffee, there is only one TV in a 2 bedroom apartment, no dinner spoons that I could find and host laundry was left in the drier. It's also slightly annoying that one needs a total of 4 different keys to get into the apartment. The host had to send pictures and instructions on what key to use on what lock.」

「This property is very convenient to concerts at TD at the Mann center. The space was comfortable, and quiet, but it would be a plus if coffee was available for the morning . If you are going to visit the zoo or concert venue, I highly recommend the close proximity. 4 stars ⭐️」

「If I could give it more stars, I most definitely would! The host is AMAZING with communication and very polite! Definitely enjoyed staying here just for a place to lay my head from enjoying my birthday out in Philly! Definitely would visit again!」

「Little trouble getting in but host was responsive despite the late hour. I would have appreciated a more accurate description of the parking situation. Not only is there no parking on site, there is no parking anywhere close. The place is nice and roomy.」

「We stayed in the 2br/2ba room. Rough drywall patches throughout some of the rooms with bent towel racks, towel holders that had been pulled out of the wall and reassured without sanding or paint. Felt like the tenants had just been evicted. Worst couch I’ve sat on in an apartment. You sunk to the couch frame. Check-in code was wrong and couldn’t get in for 25 minutes and not a single apology. Email did t resolve and that don’t answer messages on their DM board.」

No, we were expecting it and being close to a stop was an added plus for touring the city. The studio was clean, the host communicated quickly and clearly when the VRBO website didn't so that we had no delay in checking in, the toiletry amenities were unexpected and thoughtful, and the prepared notebook of options for restaurants and places to visit was appreciated.
