「If you are looking for clean, comfortable, convenient and close to ETSU this is the perfect place. If you’re looking for quiet, not so much. Owner has sound machines in the bedrooms which is super helpful! There are blackout curtains in one bedroom, but if you need your sleep space dark, you might want to take a sleep mask.
