Quality Inn Mt. Vernon

10/10 Excellent
"This hotel was very nice. It looks a little shifty on the outside as if it may not be nice (dirty looking windows and blinds looking outside in). We were pleasantly surprised. The staff was nice. Our rooms were clean and the air worked well to keep us cool during the night. The breakfast was great, bacon, eggs, toast, pancakes etc. The only issue we had was WiFi connection, it was a bit spotty. Other than that, I would recommend!"

"The room was very nice and clean. However, during the night we could hear the people next door coughing throughout the night and even going to the bathroom. Walls are a bit thin. They must have checked out the second night as we didn't hear any noise."

"The carpets and elevators were dated and looked old but were clean. The sofa also was not comfortable and needed repair which the staff took note and manager right away instructed someone to look into it. The ambiance was great in the mean office and in the outside area. I don’t think the breakfast was that great but typical of small chain hotels."
