"Very clean, nice and comfortable room. Staff was top notch. We went there because we lost power in our house due to an ice storm and the entire staff at the hotel worked so hard to allow my family and other families check in early, as we had nowhere to go with heat. I will never stop being so thankful for the hospitality at this hotel and will sing their praises always. "

"The outside of the hotel looked amazing and the minute you walk in your instantly greeted! The entire staff were welcoming and friendly, especially with it being our first time in Tennessee and to experience snow ( in the winter ice storm that was headed there way) . They assured us that we would have been fine and they had generators so we wouldn’t be without power. Renee the hotel manager greeted us every morning to make sure things were going good and if we needed anything even though they were short staff they were more then welcome to still help anybody out. DEFINITELY would come back again! Thank you for being so nice to us! "
