“Everything was clean and welcoming. The room has a bed, small sofa, nightstands, lamps and a closet. There is also a ceiling fan and nice bathroom space. The hostess was professional and answered all my questions. The chef made breakfast & was absolutely wonderful and so kind! I love Andrea, she is so personable, kind, hospitable and fair. I hope to come back next time I visit! Thank you so much! :)”

“I really enjoyed my stay. I have read the other reviews which say odd things given that this is a hotel in a tropical region which just had a hurricane. The hotel was exactly what you would expect for a relaxed tropical experience. If you are looking for a resort that is antiseptic without any of the local flair then go there. “I LIKE HOW THEY COMMUNICATED AND ADDRESSED THE PROBLEMS ! Only thing I didn’t like was the no working ac and there wasn’t stuff close to go shop ”

“I got to the hotel and staff had no record of reservation. I had paid ahead of time and after 2 hours I got another room which was not the room I thought I was getting. The room I got was good so it worked out OK. Management must work on being prepared to receive customers as registered. ”
