The staff care about everyone, they are polite and professional. Kayaking is funny and the Halong bay is so so beautiful....also,the food is delicious. Wish we could stay more nights! “The hotel is new. There were not many other guests. The area is under renovation. It’s fine for a one night stay before your ha long cruise. The hotel itself is good with spacious rooms. ”
