「Did not like the beach weeds we’re really bad ocean water looked like a cess pool ,Never went in the ocean, On a plus side staff was amazing kind and considerate」

「The hotel’s cleanliness and maintenance were impeccable. We especially appreciated being able to communicate with the staff via WhatsApp at any time and how attentive they were to our needs throughout our stay. The price is definitely worth it, as the staff goes above and beyond to make the experience truly pleasant and enjoyable. The breakfast is great!」

「The hotel was excellent only surpassed by the wonderful staff form all parts of the hotel. What lovely people who make the experience a truly pleasurable and memorable trip.」

It was raining hard so in order to get to the front desk from my room I had to walk through ankle height water. It could’ve been easily fixed if they put a drain or something....

The beautiful setting, relaxing atmosphere, and amazing amenities made our stay even more special. The Guest Experience team was amazing and helped us throughout our stay with great recommendations for restaurants, activities, and places to explore. The check-in process was quick and easy, and our room was clean, comfortable, and...

「It is a beautiful area. The staff is very welcoming」

「The hotel is beautiful, lush and in a great location. The pool could have been cleaner. It was cloudy and needed to be skimmed. Most hotels of this caliber clean their pools every day. This one didn't feel as clean. And then, of course, all the sargassum on the beach made it impossible to use, but that isn't the hotels fault.」
